FRP ON FRONT BUMPERS:
well about sa frp, i dont find any valid and concrete reason to disallow frp on front bumpers as a reinforcement. tamiya made the kit w/ no-glue assembly, basically it is a snap-on and screw assembly. noticed the front bumpers has screw holes and it is "STRATEGICALLY" placed so dat when u put a reinforcement upgrade such as frp, it would make da structure virtually unbreakable on normal operating conditions sa race (by japanese designers and engineers = proven and tested engineering).
here's my take:
1. would frp increase top speed?
-no
2. would frp increase acceleration?
-no
3. would frp increase cornering stability?
-yes kinda, kai dli man ma bawg imung front bumper gmay kn mu enter ang sakyanan sa corner sa hispd
4. would frp increases weight?
-yep, but very small amount and its negligible. it weighs more or less dan the same amount of epoxy bombardment sa front bumper.
5. would it reinforce?
- hell yeah! epic, top-notch rigidity!
frp is proven and tested reinforcement for meny years sa mini4wd. compared to glue/epoxy reinforcement, prefer dyud ko sa frp, mas limpyo, mas lig on, no mess application, nya mag dugay pa imung chassis. kn wide ra ang frp, pde rman sa putlan prior for the same width sa front bumper.
so why disallow FRP as "REINFORCEMENT"?? pls share us your science behind your reason.
