IMHO.. MODS should moderate the forum, moderating means simply by not winning any argument. Less talk less mistake. Other MODs man gud kay makig lalis jud, pero dli tanan ha. Suggestion lang sa mga uban MODs, if you talk to some forumers do it in a nice way kay lo-uy sad ang uban nga dli pa sweto sa mga forum rules. If naa man gani naka violate sa forum rules mas maayo maka print screen mo sa iyang post before ninyo e delete. In that way inig PM ninyo sa violators naa mo mapakita kung unsa ilang sayop. In that way mo less ang lalis kay naa may evidence.

Based sa mga replies , I can relate sa mga lapses na I seldom commit like :

- Doesnt give vocal warnings mapa PM or in public which in the case an INFRACTION is the warning itself .
- Argues people that ends up with ad hominems .
- Sometimes bullies the forumers in a way na unknowingly .

That is why I created this thread to come up with something about coexistence since if walay forumers , nothing is to be moderated . Ang ako lang is a harmonious and smooth community of forumers specially mga Bisaya although we all know na impossible ni siya but as the very people who leads the way , kinsay mo trabaho pa man ana which is kami man ( moderators ) jud .

Being an UNOFFICIAL na EVALUATION discussion , ang reason gud is walay nasabutan na i release ni sa majority of the MODS but I have the urge to hear from the masses unsay angay i maintain sa MODS sa forums ug unsay angay USBON as a SUGGESTION as long as naay basis MODERATING WISE . Take note lang na diri sa sulod sa forums lang ang hisgutan since if you think as an example that I am a bully here , in real life I am not .

Hoping the replies are directed to specific MODS basta in a very diplomatic way lang and not out of DUMOT but of brilliant ideas , afterall ... MODS are suubject o errors also just like the rest of the forumers .

Mods, mga constructive feedback gyud ni. The members are taking time to write them para ma improve ang atong forum. Therefore, take it positively for we are all with you. We are not against you, I must as well assure you.

Me too I had brushes with the mods. (I suspect he is still a kid because of the reasonings and rationale he posited.) Derecho warning and will not even respond to clarifications. Parang he was Holier Than Thou attitude.

mai unta mo post pud ang mod nga nag close ug nganung iyang ge close. para maka hibalo tas sayop naunsa ug nganu nga why na close to nga threads... ug kinsa atong eh pm if gusto tah ipa open napud balik....

Out of boredom lang actually so I decided to come up with something constructive and I noticed lately na as a mod , on a personal level daghan na pod ko lapses hehehe .

I understand ngano maka ingon ang uban about their " hinanakit " yet I just figured out na lisod diay gihapon i evaluate ang MODS since wala man specific statements gud addressing the criticisms basta constructive lang .

ANyways ... like I said , basta naa lang mo basehan and it is within the range of the rules and regulations , please do so . Let us start with SPRINGFIELD , yours truly . Unsay wala ninyo naganahi nako as a MOD ? Be honest because if di ko makahibalo ana , how can I improve myself being a MOD ? I know after sa inyohang unofficial evaluation through feedbacks daghan na pod MOD gusto makahibalo how well they are functioning as a mod . Ayaw lang sa personal level ha hehehe .

hehehe. maayo man pud. anyway i really cannot say much about this. so far my experience in istorya and the mods are pleasant enough.
