this is a waste of money gyud...
Kung kana tanang nga kuwarta gihimo palang ug mga factories of automobile, or any kinds of factories nga maka generate ug income nga maka benifit ngadto sa mga tawo...
Example lang kanang naa sa Balamban nga ship builders dako kaayo ug income plus naka tabang gyud sa local employment dinha....
Grabe ka kurakot oi. Naperfect na jud na2 ang atong politics.
8 lanes...? this is not enough!!!! even if we build a 24 lane road, it will never be enough because of all the JEEPS and BUSES that will be blocking 3/4 of the road!!!! better to just stick to 2 lanes... same problem, less cost.
hangyo lang gamay mga 6 lanes lang gud. outer lane para sa parking midlane para sa jeep n inner lane para sa private.. murag sakto na cguro ni
hehehe, the jeep needs two lanes out of three... hehehe, kung mu-overtake, 3 of 3 na... heheheOriginally Posted by lestat1116
apilun unta deri ang cebu circumferencial road na dugay na giplano!
- road cost 32million/ kilometer..
possible na sya uy basta ang kalsada butangan ug mga gold or any precious materials like pearls, diamonds..hehehehe
nagpatuyang na man lang tawn ni silag pangurakot uy...
basin 4 lanes one way and 4 for the other so 8 lanes tanan. 32M per km is probably enough if that includes buying the property. Pero if it only covers the cost of labor and materials thats overprice.
Bitaw, I think justifiable ang cost kung mao ni buhaton - new 8 lane expressway. Mahal na baya ang paghimo ug dalan ron specially if it involves buying property and renumeration for those affected by the new roads. Di man lang na siya dalan, depende pud na siya sa design.Originally Posted by endymioun'
Try looking at the road leading to the new Marcelo Fernan bridge, di ba nindot kaayo agi-an? That one even costs 3/4 of the 32M per km, considering it only has 4 lanes.
And also compare this .. the Cebu South Costal Road (SRP) spans 12 kilometers at a cost of 6.3 Billion..
http://www.congress.gov.ph/legis/pri...gress=13&id=68
so if you compute - that's more than PHP 50M per kilometer sa SRP lang daan!
What we want is full accounting of the expenses used to build these roads ....
