that's individualism in fashion....sa mga nagsul-ob...maybe for them they look good....which is very important (u think u luk good), problema na sa mag tanaw ug sa manaway....hahaha........for me okay ra kaayo.....sa pinas man gud...murag basic pa kaayo ta wen it comes to fashion....but foreigners are very fashionable....
