Yes, I agree with some of the major points pointed out by Nino Gonzales. I mentioned in another thread, forgot which one, that the only way that the BisRock musicians will stick around is for them to document their music through quality recordings. It doesn't have to be a super expensive production. Let me point out that a full length CD will cost a band (recording process and manufacturing included for 500 cds) around 40 to 50 thousand pesos.
Forgive the example but its the only legitimate one I have but I remember that when we recorded and manufactured Urbandubs second album Influence, we were so tight on budget that the whole production recording, cover design, plus manufacturing for around 200 cds (which was their initial release) cost about 15K. It took a long time for us to come up with that money but we eventually did after a bunch of gigs. The rest is history, the album is sold quite a number (I am not at liberty to say, am under contract on that one

). With the right budgeting plan, an album that is of industry standard (meaning its got enough quality to be sold in a record store) is never impossible. And I have bought quite a number of local CDs, there are a lot of bands that can do it.
I admire the strength of the BisRock community so far; the listener community is huge! With that kind of suport, it shouldn't be difficult for BisRock bands to find ways to make a little cash to put up the record and sell it at a reasonable price that will help the band record more material. I believe Aggressive Audio is already selling CDs at 150 bucks and thats great! Put simply, help them (and other bands like them who you enjoy a lot) create more of the product by buying their original CD.
