you are talking about proof but have you ever considered possibilities.. yes we do not have proof that ET exists but consider this...

i don't doubt that there is ET because within the realm of scientific knowledge it is possible. All it need is the right ingredients and circumstances. knowing that their are millions of planetary system in one galaxy and millions of galaxies in the universe then their is no doubt that ET flourishes in distant part of our galaxy or perhaps in a far away galaxy. as you can see it is possible and we do not need proof. all it need is a planet position not too close or too far from the its star and with millions of years of chemical reaction and processes, life will flourish.

but it is different when it comes to believing in an almighty god. the concept defies the laws of science and it even defies the physical world. it wants us to believe not by probability or scientific possibility but by faith.

you think it is funny or naive of me to not doubt ET and do not believe in a god. your argument is almost the same with this. "a plane can fly. a bird can fly. therefore a bird is a plane."

- really? i know what you're thinking... you can't just dismissed the thought of me believing of some extraterrestrial being out there and not a firm believer of my faith. I suggest that you read and go deeper to understand clearly... anyway here's my thing for you.. and this is my understanding, my point of view in this matter. When it is stated that we are created in the image and likeness of God I don't take it literally like what you did but I understand your statement there considering your stand. You don't believe in the after life in the first place ergo how can you believe we have souls. We do have different perspective on that statement.. for those who believe that we have a soul and for those who don't believe on it. And I believe in order to understand that statement you must take it deeper..not superficially.

Mga bros. I am a christian man no pero mo tuo jud ko ani kay I saw it man gyud. But sadly wala ni mahisulat sa Bible nga anaa ni sila pero walay nausab sa akong faith kay as what I observed we are not alone yes the Universe was so wide we couldn't contained it in a single word or world.

I think the Bible did not mention either that we are the only beings on the universe..
