puro nalang tawon volunteer, ok ratong mga naay connection.

it's time to shut down mga fly by night nursing programs.

errmmm... that's not exactly true.. a lot of them watch French movies too.. hehehe! seriously, not all nurses want to go abroad, and many nurses ni give-up nas US as a prospect for greener pastures, though it is true there are other countries, but those countries won't hire Filipino nurses without at least 3 years experience as STAFF NURSE not VOLUNTEERS and the problem is finding a job as a STAFF NURSE here the Philippines for experience... lisud naman gani mkapangita as volunteer unless of course gamiton ang "politics"..

mao thankful gyud kaayo ko nga nag work ko run as staff nurse gyud dili volunteer. Pero mao sad lagi mag antos sa 150 a day.

Nurse mn sd ko and my #1 choice is always Canada, unlike US, Canada is not that strict with IENs. 1 year experience is enough to gain points for an Immigrant Visa when talking about experience. That's the biggest advantage sd sa Canada, they give out Immigrant Visas, not just Working Visas and they do it with their point system so it's more of an objective-type of application, your skills really have points, everything you know/skill counts. And they are currently hiring medical personnels.

N.uso sd na ang UK, but if you think about it, European countries dominate the top ranks for the highest cost of living. Ok ra unta if you earn Euros nya sa Pilipinas ka mag.grocery or mgshopping ky dako jd ka og m.save.

So far, ang country ako nhbwan na won't hire you if d ka staff for 3yrs is only Singapore +minimum of 100-bed hospital. For all others I know, as long as you have hospital experience will do, 2yrs for US, at least 1yr for Canada, but it will depend sa agency na imo applyan.

There's really no easy way for searching greener pastures. I suggest do some research on prospective countries na ganahan ninyo applyan. Google is your bestfriend.
