MICRO, TEACUP and PRINCESS TYPE was just used for marketing, IMO... para dali mahalin!
As what Ironwood said, if the height is still within the standard, then it is still considered as normal sized MINI-pin.
If your open for a suggestion, you might want to change your post nlang and specify which height you prefer from the range. My 2 cents.

Diris Amo ang akong ig-agaw naai Standard Mini Pin og Micro Mini Pin parehas silag edad (3 years old) ang duha unya makita jud nimo nga MAS gamay jud ang gitawag namo og MICRO mini pin(Ayaw ingna nga mas gamay ang bayi kay ang MICRO niya kay LAKI unya ang standard kay BAYI)... Don't bash the TS just 'coz she's looking for a smaller sized mini pin and is labelling it as a MICRO 'coz that's what we call the smaller sized mini pins here as well... Unless you guys are HEAD HONCHOS from PCCI then you have the right to BASH the TS...
