I think the guys at Mactan airport can take a cue at Vietnam's international airport. It's also a small one, parehas ra sa Mactan..

Although the Mactan airport is kind of old (just like NAIA-1) but it's fairly clean naman and updated with the recent technology and other equipments. The Mactan airport reminds me very much of the Don Muang Airport in Bangkok, Thailand..

Gamay pa man sad gud ang air traffic sa atu.. So I guess if ever there's a budget, igasto nalang sa maintainance ug perhaps some upgrades, renovation perhaps.

Para nako, mas ganahan ko i renovate ang Mactan Airport. Nindot if ang roof kay ilisan ug Glass para natural light. Tapos ang exterior kay "Aluminum cladding" para modern ug futuristic tan-awon. Unya ang mga seats kay ilisan ug leather seats.

Nice pod if ila i-expand gamay, dugangan ang existing "aerobridges" ug mga duha cguro, so from the existing four, mahimo nang six. There are times nga kung busy kaayo ang Mactan Airport, naay uban aeroplano dili makagamit sa aerobridge/tube so maghagdanan nalang ang mga pasahero.

dubai air port,changi, hong kong (new) ,malaysia,milan,san francisco.etc..
but one thing all these air ports have in common (aside from planes) kahasul looking or going to your transit terminals
you'll knw when u get the experience labi nag daghan mog luggage and traveling alone.

i've heard a great deal about the Bangkok Airport and many have said that it's a beauty. i hope to see it myself though...

pero wa ju'y makalupig sa Mactan International Airport... with all the libaongs and all the poorly maintained comfort rooms. mao ra jud na'y International na angay ikauwaw... ambot lang kaha ig Asean kung unsa na'y dagway ana...
