Mao bitaws, if I am in Cebu during Sinulog, for me, musimba usa ko daan sa early dawn jud, before mag lingaw2x ko sa Sinulog day.

If plain straight lang jud basin word for word, around 6 out of 10 ra siguro ako na break.
Pero if apil re interpretation, murag ang tanan pod siguro akoa...
