So are you saying "yes" because of her (I know it's supposed to be "his" but let's just use "she/her" since he pretty much looks like it) physical features or are you saying "yes" because you believe that love conquers all?

I have no qualms about such a topic. In that case, since the person is already my "bf", I'd honestly be shocked but I'd move forward with "him". Unless "he" makes it such an issue like he keeps on doing self-pity everytime "he" makes a mistake, or cannot do what a real man can, etc. etc., we'd never last.

A person is still a person whether he/she had s3x change or not. Just like a crumpled 1000 bill, you don't just throw it away because it is crumpled. You put it into good use because it is still money afterall.
