mao sad jud ni akong problem ay... sukad nga nag.work nko... nya cge ra kow lingkod ug eat... dako jud ayo ang na.usab sa akng body... anyway im starting to do some exercise and not to eat too much...
try jogging/running, it's proven and tested to almost everyone
well, pwd man liposuction but di gyud na cya solution, yeah you might loose your fats but wla sad nay muscles underneath kay wla nadevelop. pwd man guro tumy tuck if di gyud makaya ang excess flabby skin...![]()

I'm a beer drinker but proud to say dli dako ako tiyan. Nuon dili pud ko halos kada adlaw inom mga once 1 week lang. But ang the best way nako na ma-maintain ako tiyan is dli ko mag-over-eating especially if kabantay ko na mura nidako na gamay mag-control nako sa kaon na if busog na stop na jud dili na palabi.
i remembered two sayings which goes this way "What you are is what you eat" and "Garbage in, Garbage out". always makes me think that what i eat will reflect sa ako body. so if you eat alot of junk then you would get junk eventually. just a thought though...
but yeah! never over eat gyud and dont eat too much at dinner prior to sleeping that can help you also.
