you should have FULL TRUST AND CONFIDENCE sa imo lawyer TS.
there's no where to go but in court in your case right now since na file na man kaha ang case.
so if you need another opinion you do it discreetly as it is prohibited to discuss your case in public as you will be accused of "forum shopping" if not "Contempt of Court" ... another case for you so be careful.

by the way ..
if you can prove that she owes you money you file a
"Collection of Sum of Money Case"

If you have the receipts of the valuable things she borrowed to you and present evidence you requested that those
properties be returned to you already you can file a case of "Estafa".

If you are bent in fighting it with her in court you can file "A counter Charge" of the Liber Suit she filed against you.
