Just my opinion, locally made guns are not of the same quality as the original ones... They're more prone to jams and their timings are not well calibrated... Imagine holding a .38 Special revolver in your hand.. When you squeeze the trigger, and because of the timing of the revolution is not right, the bullet stops half-way its path and stops at the side of the barrel. When the hammer hits the bullet, the primer is ignited and the bullet is fired but instead of exiting the barrel it hits the frame and literally the gun your holding, obliterates... I'll just leave the rest to your imagination...Originally Posted by iloveyou4ever
If your looking for a small gun, look for those with a .22 caliber or just go for a 9mm. Glock or Smith & Wesson usually have 9mm caliber guns.

As for Glock and S&W, depending on the model and the gun store. Around 40k, i think.. Not sure anymore, haven't kept tracked on the their prices these days... Better visit Hanhs in SM.
Imported .22 handguns are rarely seen... Usually they are locally-made. Because .22 caliber pistols doesn't really pack a punch onto a charging attacker. A 9mm pistol using a full metal jacket (FMJ) round, on the other hand, most of the time it would go straight-through. In other words, "mulusot". Because of it's muzzle velocity and the small size of the slug.
I would like to know any feedbacks on the SAXD pistols ? Paging Tols .... naay mo clone diha hehehe ...

Springfield Armoury XD... hmm... Quite notable feature of this brand is the safety features they incorporate into their pistols. But I haven't really got the chance of shooting with it.. Better ask others for their experience with SAXD pistols.Originally Posted by SPRINGFIELD_XD_40
