i hav a 1980 Seiko diver's watch which has accompanied me in my travels. ako gipa service sa service center, the technician told me it is a sought after collectible na daw.

Tophat, does it look like this? is it a 6309-7040 model? hehehe no plans of selling it? sought after jud ni na cushioned case diver.

pwede order parts kay Jake B or dotworks sa HK tapos pakabit na lang sa seiko ad dyan sa cebu. sayang di ako nakapasyal kay mang loy dito sa manila. meron din siya modified dials ng seiko divers. many seikoholics refer to him as the master of vintage seiko restorer. he even has a reverse running 6309-7040 for sale check niyo sa youtube. he goes by the name of loyswatch sa ebay.

after watch hunting here in manila this holidays only one came home. saw a couple of 6105s kaso sobrang overprice si ate. 20k each tapos sira pa. needs deep restoration pa. yun nakuha ko puro aftermarket parts na rin pero eto na favorite ko. bought her a jubillee bracelet na rin..
