the reason for which is for the privacy of those who will rent.  this is a public forum.  go figure... there is still a workaround to that but at least it is not "broadcasted."  that's why when somebody inquires, they are sent a PM.  i also prefer communicating with potential lesees first so that i can give them "more" details before full disclosure including the price.  the price is NOT EXPENSIVE, it is cost-effective and equitable to the location and quality of accomodation even if they do a survey themselves.  i personally think it is better that way.

if you also have read the ad, it is for rooms & bedspacers.  and yes depende ni siya, depende sa klase sa tawo na mo renta.  we don't just accept lesees just because they have money to pay the rent.

The house is for people who value cleanliness, comfort, safety and accessibility.  MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE.
