I sent my payment through Western Union and he brought the puppy to our house in Banilad. I talked to Basil couple of times and after that ni trust ra sad ko dayun..(stupid me!) Yeah the other seller who still didnt give me the PCCi paper is Pamela from Mabolo. I texted her more than a thousand times .i even called her overseas but i didnt get anything. She promised she'll send it.its almost a yr wala gyapon intawn..NOw im starting to lose hope. Whoever knows these guys by any chance, please let them know. I trusted Istoryan sellers and this site. =( PLEASE HELP!. THANK YOU GUYS!

i already mailed your registration thru LBC MONTHS AGO, to that hotel address that you gave me. i cannot even remember anymore because it was months and months ago probably a year already. i believe that was your cousin as a consignee.

you should have PM'ed me of this concern. i still have papers of the other litters that is still with me. if you wish, i can send it to your house in st. michael's.

BTW, i PM'ed you when i mailed the papers. Never got a response. Please check with your people. If I rembered correctly, that address was in Pagadian City.

Otherwise, you can report me to PCCI. Please let me know ASAP!

My best bet is that my replies to you on that thread was never posted because during those times there was also a problem with this site. You could have just searched it in this forum. or you forgot where you had me mail the papers since the address that you gave me was not your residential address but by someone else's

Lastly, if there was a communication problem with LBC or your people in the address that you gave me, please rectify it on this very same thread. I will PM you my mobile & landline number here in San Francisco. I even called you through my VOIP a couple of times remember?

I don't want my reputaton to be destroyed by this very petty thing. 4 moderators here, personally knows me & I did business with the forum owner. You should have reported this issue to them for proper channeling. If you did and if I was indeed guilty, then I could have been banned by now. Makes perfect logical sense, right?

BTW, i wonder why you never called me for this. i presume you got my number because we talked on your mobile phone a couple of times. i might even be able to give it to you personally since i am going to new york from chicago. i am currently in san francisco. just give me a call or you may PM me anytime. i believe this is only a case of miscommunication.

bitaw, sa mga mamalitay dra, mas maayo jud adto ang viewing sa house sa breeder
kung magkasinabot mo sa breeder, mas maayo dili sa i-full payment until mahatag ang papeles

but the what if ako ang seller, nd i accept na downpayment lang until naa ang papers, wat if na process na ang papers and the buyer says na, dili nalang nako kwaon ang papers para mas barato... alkansi sad ang seller... the right scenario is to have the papers na unta wen the pup is bought... pero unsaon taman na ang pcci wala may branch diri sa cebu... so lisod e follow up ang progress sa registration... tsk tsk

you dont need papers kng para pet lang ... so Y bother with the papers ...

basta lang for sure nga imo dog kay PURE BREED
