    So you think CCA's are the highest paid employees in Cebu? Wake up. I know a lot of CCA's who make their payroll cards as collateral for loans. Don't be too cocky about it.
    Plus, large non-BPO companies hire those who really finished college and well-bred people. Better benefits, healthy environment, positions to be proud of and more rewarding. Why would one competitive individual sacrifice his/her own health to work on evening shifts taking calls from foreigners only to be rejected or scolded?
    When you grow old, imagine your kid telling his teachers or friends (if asked) that his/her parents are call center agents... ^_^

    ang callcenter industry kai dugay na jud na
    saunang panahon ... 114, 108, 109 ... operator palang tawag ato nga time
    naa pud mga callcenter nga local ila gi support mao nang office hours
    foreigner rejected or scolded?? sa local call centers (skycable, pldt, veco) diba dawat pud na sila ug issues and complain... naa pud training unsaon pag deal sa ingon ana situation dli pud all the time init ug ulo imo ka istorya (unless billing ka na assign)

    example..
    front desk sa hotel, cashier, manager, ... bisag asa ka nag trabaho naa jud nang mga kasaba ug complains gikan sa customers.. local man or foreigner
