eLAMP is fine.. but regarding their salary, i don't it's enough to suffice someone's needs especially in Cebu City's cost of living.. Yes, they do accept good looking applicants because the system used to communicate with their students is through video conferencing during tutorial sessions. : )

Basic salary is 7k, you will be able to get 14k if you have lots of students, meaning if you are in demand by students.. I was able to work their for almost a month but unfortunately im raising a family so the salary will never be enough

so its similar to most emmersion schools like cpils.. that you get paid by the number of students you have... if you get a full schedule or not... paet btaw pud na kay seasonal man ila demand like now daghan kay summer, pero once lean school starts in september mo hinay mao nah the company also protects itself not unless superb ila marketing makakuha cla ug daghan students.... so since webcam cute ra buhong hehe joke joke...
