AMD ftw if gaming...but for business go for Intel. Pero wala man sad ing.ana ka dako na business dri sa pinas na nag need ug high end jud na processor. So, to make it short...AMD = bang for ur buck..while Intel = too much power and too expensive. Unless daghan na ka kaau ug money then waste it on Intel i7. IMO

Not necessarily bay. Are you talking about regular cpus bay or server processor like Xeons and Opterons? Businesses rarely need high clock speeds cpus, rather they prefer more threads for multitasking. If you're talking about regular processors for business applications, have you looked into the new Thuban architecture? Hexacore for 10k pesos with the 1055T. mas practical na since mas barato sila sa i7s (barring the 980x of course lol) and have more physical cores.
(Note: physical cores always > logical cores). Logical cores are nice for softwares that are optimized for it (which is like 1% of the software out there) and are usually more apparent when using the same application process.

Just to make things clear, I'm saying this in a non-biased way. I own both Intel (i7-920) and AMD processors (two 720BE and 740BE).

@pipb0y101: excellent choice on the i5-750 idol. consider pud gigabyte ug asus boards idol kay mas barato jud sila compared to EVGA. Also, MSI is really impressive lately and I'm genuinely excited sa ila Lucid Hydra! I can't wait for that technology to mature.
