dear sir/mam, sorry we just read your complaints just now, havent been in touch with istorya.net but we log on from time to time to check on the feedbacks , complaints and suggestions. about your complaint please call us thru our hotline 5167269 so that we can investigate this properly, as for our units sir, nokia care will not honor our fones if it has no ntc sticker and is not registered under nokia phils. meaning, if they upgraded it, it is registered under them and is covered with one year warranty. thank you and hope to hear from you soon. more power to istorya.net for giving us the chance to explain.
