I went to a cardiologist and she said that I may need to go the the Phil Heart Center for a heart transplant. I went to seek a second opinion but another cardiologist told me I have less than a year to live.

I called Cosmo and inquired about cremation but when the girl on the phone asked kinsa i cremate, I said ako..she slammed the phone on me.

Now, how do you say goodbye?
