True that Galileo proved people wrong however in our case it has to be a proven fact. Until then, everything is a myth since you can't and can prove it exist. Hence meaning myth.

we very well know what myth is and we very much agree with your point. the thing is, you've got to be more polite in your posts instead of calling people "nuts". if you disagree, then state your piece properly. remember, we are merely discussing what stories are floating around, what stories are given to us by sources that we trust, the possibilities and other details which point towards this mystery. maayo man pud na dunay somebody here like you who can balance the equation...somebody who go against the flow of the discussion. just be polite lang bai. mao ra to.

So if dats d case, our June 12 "Independence Day" may just be a lie. We have our own (corrupt) government, but the one controlling the strings may be Superpower countries like US.

If mao na, maypa mo surface nalang jud ang US nga sila ang mag control sa Pilipinas... Para automatic nata US citizens... hehehehe.

Ops I meant it in a good way, more like kidding XD

Anyways just relax and take it easy people, you guys are too tense!

Given from your sources? I wouldn't even call that sources my friend for it failed you to give an accurate information. Its just rumors nothing more nothing less.

But fact is I'm skeptical to anything but also open minded. Please provide atleast a decent official report so we can discuss it. But until then theres no point of discussing it. We as users won't benifit information you throw in since again its not accurate enough. More like ideas ne?

@baliguat, how long have you lived sa kitanglad area? do you personally know people who have 1st hand accounts?

@big/nimz: bro, the reason this topic is here is because, strange stories keep coming out from that area. if there's smoke, definitely, there's fire. we're here to find answers....so why ask for an "official report"? mao gani gitawag "mystery" ni siya. ok?! another thing, the thread asks for any information about the "mt. kitanglad mystery" and we happen to know a lot of these stories because some of us here have lived in southern and central mindanao...that's why we are sharing them here. now, of course we can't say how accurate these infos are...we are all skeptics here until we find the right lead. that's the reason why this thread is here, we pool all the stories that we can gather until we get something that could definitely lead us somewhere.

it doesn't matter too whether the provider of infos are friends or not...the thing is these sightings (and strange stories) are so widespread in the general area around mt. kitanglad. does it mean nga tungod mga lumad or ordinary people lang ang nakakita or naka-experience dili na nato sila paminawon ug i-consider unsa ang ilang nakit-an?

kung mangutana pud ka why open-minded kaayo ko about these things, well...simple lang...i've already seen things i'm sure most people wouldn't believe in.

Mo hatag lang ko sa inconsistencies sa mga detalye na nasuwat s amga posters and correct me if I am wrong kung typo lang siya or na msiunderstood lang nako .

    - Walay HUMMER H2 back in 1997
    - Walay F15 EAGLE in the Philippines because production didnt start till 1984 , earlier than are all prototypes that they began flying as early as 1972 .
    - The news clippings about that CIA guys sounds too good to be true ... murag gi composed ra ug taga iSTORYA na myembro pod .

    thanks sa imong insights bro.

the thing is a lot of military equipment dont get known to the public until much later. meaning they could already be in use years before the public learned about them. It may not be a Hummer H2 but Hummers already exist even before that.

about the F15, i did say in my post that it could be another type of jet which could look similar. the thing is we are not saying that the jet that crashed came from Clark Air Base...meaning it's presence here is not legit.

about the news clipping, yes it sounds too good to be true but IT IS TRUE. why makasulti ko ani? because i used to live in the city where it happened and i personally saw the raw footage of the incident. I saw the room where Meiring stayed, i saw the footage when the bloody meiring was dragged out of the burning room, etc. Why did i see all these, because back then, it is my work to know these and other events and have them aired on TV. If meiring is just an ordinary treasure hunter, why would the FBI and NSA swoop in to bail him out? This is one of the reasons why Mayor Duterte is fuming mad with the yankees. Ask him about this incident and he will turn red with anger.

I know what you meant thats why basin typo lang ... H1 or military humvess ben around for a awhile . It will never be the H2 .

COuld be . I might believed more if it was a Harrier , Ive been surrounded by Harrier on my first tour of my active duty service as a crew member of the USS Tarawa LHA - 1 . They are flexible and very maneuverability is not a question considering flying on a short scale space on top of a vast jungle .... I see you , now you dont .

I will take your word for it because I mself will always stand for whatever CLAIM I make from my FIRST HAND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE bisan unsay isulti pa sa uban .

My take on the mystery .... word of mouth is not considered a HARD FACT .... at least a team that is sponsored by a private sector should make a reasearch out of it , record activities and gather photos . It is hard but that is the only way in other than specualtions .

A Harrier or other VTOL aircrafts is what i also suspect. I also have a relative in the US Military's airborne division. he also told me of aircrafts we thought only existed in myth or in hollywood movies.

thanks bro. i know it's a story that very few people are aware of. if you want to know more about about the davao incident, use your search engine and type: michael meiring + davao

about the team you're saying who should make an investigative research...well...in due time, there's a team who will do just that.
