it is a good cardio excercise. there are two classes daw. kalimot lang ko unsa to sila
anyway pag imo heart beats fast, your blood speeds up
your metabolism speeds up
and you burn fats faster w/o feeling stressed out
exercising with stress feeling would only burn you out. its nothing close to a real exercise.
i go to gym and i could say a cross-strider burns more calorie than treadmill. then iya gi explain sa akoa ang difference. so now... im sticking with my speedwalking... walking at the speed of 5~6kmh for 30mins before lifting weights ^_^. and 30mins after...
i do the same technique... when i do my run at abellana, i always start it with muscle stretching then followed by 15 minutes speed walk (not the walkathon type), then to a one hour or more run, then back to 15 minutes speed walking to slow walking (cool down period), then final stetching... that's it! and also, exercise sa mata... hahaha.... i know you know what im talking about...
yah. mas mau walking usa then jog after specialy sa dugay na wa ka dagan...
the best if imo gamiton both..2min brisk walk then 2min jog..shoot for 45min or depends on your goal..
