Hi... The price includes Unlimited Jiu Jitsu Classes at whichever Gym you sign up at. Hot Rocks Gym in Talisay has two classes per day on Tues, Thurs & Sat. Holiday Gym in Banilad has evening classes on MWF.

@emailroy - You don't need to gain weight first Sir......lol Just come in and try out a free class. Chances are we already have students as small or smaller than you....

There are two locations:

Holiday Gym in Banilad is P1,750/mo unlimited or P300/session.
Classes are Mon & Wed from 7:45 - 9:15 PM. Friday is 6:45 - 8:15 PM.

Hot Rocks Gym in Talisay is P1,200/mo unlimited or P200/session.
Classes are Tues, Thurs, & Sat. from 9:30 - 11:00 AM and also from 8:30 - 10:00 PM.

Both gyms offer lockers & showers, while Holiday Gym is also Air Conditioned. You do NOT need to be a member of the gym to join the Jiu Jitsu classes.

@Yumi - Absolutely not! Females are more than welcome. Jiu Jitsu is simply the most effective martial art for Women to learn. We have a couple of girls at the Hot Rocks location in Talisay and about 4 or 5 girls at the Holiday Gym location in Banilad.
