wala ko nag exercise. nagstart ko no rice diet from feb 1 till now. no rice at all or 1 spoon per week/month. mao ra. i eat anything. mo kaon og sudan murag nagbuffet. i lost 15lbs. 10 lbs first month n ako gi maintain lang and i lost 5lbs for just maintaining my diet. karon ra na month nagstart og exercise. 15 pounds to go. from 190+ karon 175 target weight 160.
