Maalala ko lang....if I had a new resto...barely a week old...and there are faces I dont know... (assumed na yan nga ang friends ko pupunta)...then I would go to the table of the unknown patrons..introduce myself...ask how they learned about the resto...ask how the food was...etc etc. PR work ba...
Niduol lang man yung GM nung I asked the waiter for a calling card of the restobar. The owners were in full force kahapon...first week-end kasi... HINDI AKO PA-IMPORTANTE...ang akin lang eh...iba siguro ako thinking of the handling the business HANDS-ON....hehehehehehe
The enthusiasm of the waiter namo more than compensated for the owner's lack (IMHO). Buti na lang masarap ang food...hehehehe
