Best time is when you have money, if you keep on waiting for the next big thing you'ed end up not buying a PC. On the other side of the coin you can either get the i5/i7 now or wait for the LGA2011 either way works.

Best time to buy is to skip 1 to 2 generation of new products. But if money is not a problem id say everytime there is a new product which is significantly faster than the prev. generation.

If you really need a pc now.. then go buy it. If not then ayaw sa.. although its always nice to have a high end computer, since you can run all games in high settings and no in-game lag although low-mid end would be nice as well since it wouldn't cost an arm and a leg for low-mid in-game settings w/ slight lag.

best time is when kahibaw na ka unsa imong paliton nga PC (specs and such)..
sa date december-january siguro kay bagsak presyo / year-ender sale.... basin libre pa gani wala kay gasto if mo palit ka (pinaskuhan)
