mao jud. pero i think depende ra bro sa faith sa parents. what i mean is, if kinsa mas stronger ang faith. hmmm k naa man gud ko friend na his wife is a non catholic, he is a catholic. ang kids nila k did2 man mag simba with the wife eversince k d man sya kaau active gyud as a catholic, so pasagdan nlng niya did2 ang kids. maau lang if ana lang ka understanding or way gubot, k easy ra.

btw, my mom is a non catholic, my dad is catholic... i went to church on sundays twice. LOL. kakapoy, honestly... i go to sunday school sa church ni mama, i belong to the choir sa catholic church... although c mama jud nako ganahan mu balhin ko unta COMPLETELY sa church nila. but as a child i knew what i wanted, until now. so mao na, catholic jud ko by choice.

i think d man sya libog jud kaau k in a way the same ra man ang belief esp if its just between protestants/born agains and catholics k almost the same ra man ang mga teachings... except of course for certain aspects. pero kng catholic/protestant ug buddhism ang choices for sure lisod jud! maglibog jud ang bata!

mao pud pero mas nice man jud na kung mag kasinabot jud ang family dba? like murag asa naman ilang unity ana nga mag lain2 naman sila ug simba? kung nka sabot sad jud ka sa salvation. di man mo matter ang religion. pero mao lang jud na nga naa juy conflict di jud na malikayan. its by choice man jud. if nakasabot ka nganu naa ka dra then go. walai parents nga mka bout nimo nganu naa ka dra.

i agree. during those times k gubot naman ang lablife ng parents ko hehe. so d ko ganahan pod na hangtod sa religion mu argue pa jud cla kng asa ko mag simba. k ang mama nako cge yaw2x na im not doing enough praying churva daw, etc etc. c papa naman lahi pod ang beliefs, na as long as i do good works then good to go na ko. LOL. so mao na, i opted to go to two churches when i was younger.

i agree. during those times k gubot naman ang lablife ng parents ko hehe. so d ko ganahan pod na hangtod sa religion mu argue pa jud cla kng asa ko mag simba. k ang mama nako cge yaw2x na im not doing enough praying churva daw, etc etc. c papa naman lahi pod ang beliefs, na as long as i do good works then good to go na ko. i'm not referring to any belief or to anyone, but different religion does not mean one goes to hell and the other to heaven. remember, no religion can save us all.

my husband and I have different religion and his father is even a pastor. religion is never an issue and i stand on my beliefs so as i respect theirs.

depende ra siguro sa dili open minded, nothing is impossible in love.

I think this is out of the topic na bro, coz ang thread asks what if different mo religions sa partner mo? we're not discussing man kng good to go bah ko, k naa man ni dapat sa religion na forums.
so, OT (butangan jud nako OT k ma infract ko hehehehe), now that you asked.. actually, it's more than that of course. As long as I don't step on other people's feet (not literally ha) and as long as i am not being a hypocrite (sos, number one jud ni na NO NO... dghan kaau tao sa world na ingani) and as long as i have faith in whatever i believe in, yes I'm good to go.

mkarelate ko ani guys...i and my GF are in diff religion, catholic q while shes a baptist but ok rman magkasinabot rman...respect each others decision lang jud when it comes to religion...sometimes simba sad ko sa ilang church but mostly mag iya2x jud mi simba
