yup..pariho rana...strobe lights gyud proper term or name ana....para nako wa gyud nai problema kung magtaud2 ana,,,either your a goverment official or and ordinary citizen basta dili lang ka magabosado,,,,,ganahan lang ka motaud thats it,,for satisfaction and palahi....

as long as private citizen ra mo, wala mo right mugamit blinker or strobe bisan unsa pa ka noble inyong reason

it's just like saying "naa koy pusil kay basin hold-up.on unya ko".. if ever you want or need to use prohibited paraphernalia, make sure you are licensed.. mao na naa ta gun licensing.. kung sa use of blinkers ang istoryahan, you need to be qualified to be able to use them, which is:

5)chief justice
6)police
7)fire dept
ambulance

if you are not one of them and you're using blinkers, then clearly you are a LAWBREAKER
