Bright is not the right word for him. I call him "savage idiot", a man who is very good in only 1 thing and in his case talking and talking and talking nonsense. I as a taxpayer have wated my money on this guy. We need to kick his butt out.

every congressmen and senators should have the complete and detailed auditing reports of how they have used their pork barrel. that's why there's a lot of temptation for corruption. they kinda tolerate this because they all benefit the funds. if there is no proper documentation and make it being public, there is no way this system of ours improve. corruption will still abound and we as citizens continue to suffer.

given all that, what's the assurance of this one Francis Escudero in not doing the same thing with the P1B he wished was given to his province?

    and I quote:
    __________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ ___
When GMA announced that we have the money and we are going to spend, Now here comes Francis humming and announcing to the Filipinos his brilliant idea that instead, if there is money indeed, why not give 1 billion to the provinces who needs it and leave them alone to decide on how to spend it.
    __________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ ____

and let me repeat the last phrase "leave them alone to decide on how to spend it", do you know what I'm thinking? his suggestion smells fishy to me...... leave them alone... tsk tsk..
Shut Up! Let your GAME do the talking!

that's good to be in a democratic kind of governmnet like the philippines. we have an active opposition that monitors the present administration's probable wrongdoing. but in congress, both sides agree in terms of the pork barrel. it was only lacson i think who was open enough to suggest to scrap this (but i think it was just a political gimmick in his part. right now, he's enjoying it too).

but i have i hopes in escudero. wala na kasing iba.
