Definitely its not a crime but it depends on the end purpose of it. To be fair to all (TS / Istoryan Members and Guests)... reason must be specified. For whatever transaction it may serve... God is watching. Would it be legal or illegal... it is your choice (Sellers and Buyers). Just my thoughts and peace. Thanks.

Right! The keyword is CHOICE. Nobody is forcing anybody here.

it's just until now i don't get it. you want us to trade our receipt for a certain amount of money for the purpose of declaring it to the bir for your tax refund by early next year? receipt or goods that you did pay for? and you want the phil govt. to refund you for that? if this is the case this one form of corruption.although i may not participate on it directly but somehow i will be affected.why? i am a tax payor. so if you have other intention aside from what i think better to explain it here.thanks

I know where you stand. Youre just not what Im looking for here. Sorry.

"... better explain it here." Wow! you demand too much from me. As if I owe you something. And BTW, I PROMISE, your life wont get affected in any way. You wont notice a change in your life a bit (as if theres a significant change). I promise you that!

If thats what you have understood. Then so be it.

Of course I can't speak in behalf of all the members here especially those people reading your tread, but I know they have their mind on their own to know what is right or wrong. You want to bait them with an amount in exchange of their receipt in return (as you agree on what i think about this."so be it") you will file all the receipt that you accumulated to the BIR for your tax return next year so will be refunded in computation to the receipt that is not yours. I believe every tax payor deserve an explanation to you because you are taking advantage on every tax payor paycheck.

Istoryans. Just to make it clear diay:

    1. I only accept gasoline/diesel receipts worth 500 (minimum) to 2500.00 (max). Lower or Above than the specified amounts are ineffective.

    2. I buy per receipts and not by the amount of the receipt.
    Meaning:
    - If you have a receipt worth above 1k (sample: 1500 or 2k). Ill pay you 50.00 pesos for that.
    - If you have a receipt worth 500 or above but less than a thousand (sample: 750). Ill pay you 25.00 for that receipt.

If I have accumulated enough receipts for a specified month. I'll let you know so you guys can prepare for the next month napud.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!
