Let's face it, most(not all ha, a little portion buys it for useful purpose) people who will buy this will just buy it for the sake of their social status. When this is out, expect some weird-ass people who will go into coffee shops, brandishing their iPad with their kewl waifai and feesbook.

Eye-candy and... wait... Oh, that's pretty much all it's got lol.

Seriously, I don't get the iPad. It doesn't run Mac OS, you can't multitask, it runs Safari but not Adobe Flash, and the storage space leaves you wanting. The frustrating part is that the hype before it's unveiling was CRAZY. I remember one headline from last year that said, 'Ipad Will Slay Netbooks and Tablets', or at least something to that effect.

Instead, what we get is a good rival to Amazon's Kindle (even with the backlit LED display that hurts like hell when reading). I just wanted the iPad to have a specific purpose or target market, similar to how the Mac Air was all about mobility, with its lighweight profile and all. And why no camera when the new Nano has one?

Surprisingly though, the iPad doesn't exactly rape you with its price tag lol. Though I'm guessing it would hit 40 to 50k here in the PI.

EDIT: Hey, updates will come for this thing, so cheer up folks!
