    mine...

    Monday = Chest + Biceps
    Tuesday = Legs + cavles + forarms
    Wednesday = rest day / cardio day
    Thursday = Back + triceps
    friday = Shoulders + abs
    Sat & Sun = rest days

    for me mas nindot kung naa ka partner... labi na pariha mo ug level... naa mag spot and tabang sa motivation...

    Ako wa gyud tawn, na a ko ka uban pero dimi pareha level..Stand alone ra gyud tawn ko sa gym, nya diman sad ko tig istorya sa mga kara-an diha kay di man asd mi pareha ug level.....

    if lahi mo ug level ok ra sab, basta kamao lang gyud mo dala ang partner with higher level.. sa weight raman sab mostly mag differ.. hago-an lang gamay ug ilis2x ug plato gud! hehehe...

    My usual partner is foshow (istorya.net member)... higher level gyud ni siya compared to me... and ok raman, he's my instructor, friend and barkada ... we have similar program... if ever lahi mi ug exercise, mag shinagita'y ra mi sa gym if ever somebody needs a spot... "yo! spot me up!"...

    ako mga bro, wala pa gyud ko kasuway mag gym. naa ra gyud ko sa balay ga lift ug weights. hopefully next month mangita ko ug nindot nga gym ug kanang barato ra. kay mas nindut man gyud kung scientific ug sakto ang paagi sa pag weights diba? akong partner ug motivation ra gyud kay akong mga MuscleMag ug Ironman nga magazines

    Naruto: Baseline bai! hardcore didto! nindot! P600 ra ang monthly... if ever i can't get my target by december... mag tiwas ko 3 months didto...
    best gym pang cut, Fitness First... grabe ka nindot ang cardio machines.. transfer ko didto when ready nako mag cut down... Problema lang wala'y mo spot didto coz mahalon ang instructors! cutting man sab, so ok ra...
    So far sa ako na visit nga gyms, pina ka bati is Metro sports then Slimmers world ayala... pang chix ila didto... wala'y ayo mga machines and free weights... advantage sa slimmers kay nindot ila'ng Leg press, but kulang pud ug mga plates... :P

    nutrition sa ta: kinsa kahibalo asa ta kapalit ug MALTODEXTRIN?

    anyway, ask pud ko inyo opinion sa programs:
    Ok ra ba to train one body part per week?

    Like:
    Day 1 - Chest, Delts, Tris
    Day 3 - Legs, Calves, Abs
    Day 6 - Back, Traps, Bis

    Other days, sports

    Currently, two-day split ko, ako gi combine ang day 3 ug 6 unya murag kafoy man... hehehe
