AMD is great ( gamay ra man kapilian ug procs gud. dili ra intel, naa pud sun | freescale | via | IBM ) but at the moment is just just second rate..intel is way faster specially in multimedia | video content creation and 3D and High End games...u google it..

the great deal they made was they bought ATI..to intel's drooling and dismay..ATI is very important to AMD as it designed mobos and VC that's digitally signature compatible sa ila proc ( spider | dragon )

intel is paying royalties to ATI for the technologies used in its Core line of Procs and Had paid AMD royalties in its i7line ( AMD is calling it octoclone )

and will be paying ATI (more ) for the ringbus memory architecture technology used in intel's larabee..

basta AMD chipset and procs are cheaper than intel. whcih makes it Ideal for an HTPC kay dili kaayu mahal

for me, i go with AMD... cheap, built for gaming... i even use AMD PHENOM.... planning to upgrade to PHENOM II
