(heck we even asikaso repaired units that is OUT OF WARRANTY more than 3months na den ni balik "CUZ NAA CYA RECEIPT", unsa pa kaha imoha nga 2 days ra) but do note, YOU would have to wait 3 to 7 days for the shop to get a copy of your receipt since everyday there are at least 3 booklets (50 receipts/booklet) that is being submitted to the auditor / accountant of the shop every next day morning. Since you said it was 2 days ago before you came back to the shop then it is only logical that the accountant / auditor has to scan around at least 300 receipts before finding a copy of your receipt. <hasle but needed if must> <----- NAA NI SA PREV POST NAKO

well.. we have to respect each other's opinion, be the shop's policy and the customer's side.. they have their own sides sad to explain on this thread..

it's a case of negligence mainly on the tech (on not erasing that file.. ) but... again, the damage has been done...

I think this thread should ought to be in Cellphone and Accessories Section first place, aron daghan makabasa nga mga cellphone users sad.. MY after thoughts lang..

naa ko nice experience sa usa ka cellshoppe dha sa SM the shop was PHONES & GADGET if im not mistaken it happened mid this year and ingani ang nahitabo. naa ko gipa openline na 2 ka units the units are k550i and w850i both gkan sa england hatag sa ako uncle, tungod kay medyo sigurista ako mama gusto nya sa shop na makita niya ang unit when gitrabaho so didto me sa phones and gadget ky harapharapan nila e.openline ang unit nag charge sila 600 per unit and nagpahangyo kunahay sila for just 1,000 both unit nalang so ni ok me sa ako mama. grabe kadugay nahuman, it took merely 4 hrs for both unit usa nila naopenline ang k550i mga 1 hr kapin lng nya ang w850i abot jud mga 4hrs hapit and hasol pajud kayo kay gipasaka-kanaog mi sa 2 ka shop nila sa cyberzone og kana naa sa taas near cinema.

to make the story short before me ni uli nalipay me sa ako mama ky openline na ang units. niuli ako mama sa bohol ky taga bohol man mi nya ako niuli sa ako boarding house ky working manko sa lapulapu. after 2 days ako gi check tanan program sa ako w850i naa koy nakit-an na game sa unit ang name ky EXECUTOR pag open nko sa game. hala, na pawng man kaha ang unit and never najud ni on, badluck pajud ky nadala sa ako mama ang reciept or ang warranty. so i decided na magpaila nalang ky basig econsider nla ky bag-o paman gikan sa pagpaayo, pero malas wla jud sila mi consider nag charge napod ko 400 nalang daw para reprogram sa unit after a month same thing happen sa k550i sa ako mama ky gigamit sa ako bro ky muduwa daw sya same game huh.

dli ni black propaganda ako im just sharing my bad experience karon lng nako balik napaayo ang k550i sa ako mama sa SM ghapon no need to mention sa shop and ingon sila dli to virus part jud kuno ang executor sa pagprogram kaso e delete jud kuno sya after mahuman og program ky total shutdown jud kuno na ang unit once ma open...

murag gi tuyo siguro 2. permi mana mingaw ang games and gadgets gud. gmai ra au customers basin gi cheat ka nila or basin guba lng jud 2. hmmmmmm... kuan... ipa openline nlng na sa cellpod or sa other shops.

boss im in bohol right now taking my xmas break its time to make peace not war ang ako lng nagshare lang ko sa ako experience ky murag sa ako lng paminaw nalain lng ko that time when i went back to the shop because i knew i didnt bring a reciept with me cause its impossible nga dba since it was with my mother all along and thats why i ask if you could scan the other reciept stored in your shop and problem is mu insist ang mga personnel sa inyo that time na no reciept na warranty policy jud not explaining na pwede raman diay mu wait pila kaadlaw aron ma scan ang file ninyo, mao na badtrip pod ko. so again sge nalang bayad nalang ko ky useless ako gilakaw kng dli marepair dayun ako phone cause i need it badly pero if they said earlier na pwede ra diay unta mu wait 3 or more days to scan the file why not diba? they insist mangud mao wla nko maghasol2x na mangulit wla gyud ni usa ni attempt musabot sa ako side nya niingon na pwede ra diay na unta. usa pod nkapangan to sa ako mama ang reciept so another story napod na basin muingon napod sila kailangan presence sa ako mama...

@robin3: bro no need na para maging super defensive the damage has been done like what the other istoryan's said. i just post this to serve as awareness sa fellow istoryans ky it can happen NOT ONLY IN YOUR SHOP BUT IN ANY SHOP AS WELL thats what the tech said to me.

PS: the tech said you can manually delete or erase the EXECUTOR file so once you notice this program located sa GAMES sa (S.E) i just dont know sa nokia kng sa games gihapon ni sya situated.
