kahinomdom ko ni sir giddy... ang IBM jud lagi sad an hehehe
pero sa ako exp.. naa jud na sa agreement/contract sa client ang response time (Service level agreement)sa pag resolve sa issue
kung dili maka tuman sa contract.. ang IBM maka bayad sa client
isa pa tanan system naka back up from data centers to application servers

Ang IBM na diay ron ang untangan kay wala ka deliver sa services ngadto sa GSIS.
