is anyone here a decent feature writer? If you can do a short article about the current problems with PLDT and Globe, I can talk to my uncle and maybe we can have them take a look at it for a possible SunStar user contribution.
this is the line --------- cross it. i dare you
kanang maayo manulti, or kana maayo mugamit og words. it's not just ang product sa mga ISP like smart wifi ang bati, asta man pud ang ila customer service. bitaw, better go public ani arun maka mata intawn atong mga isp diri.
ill give my 100% support on all u guys....ky kapoy na kaayo in ani pirme ang mga ISP....nag salig lng![]()
which ISP/Telco should we start discussing regarding their internet services and customer protection?
which ISP/Telco should we start discussing regarding their internet services and customer protection?
we can start off with PL*T.I have a business and a residential account with them, and another business account by the end of the month. is there another competitive ISP right now that has a reliable tech support, decent customer care, lesser disconnections etc etc..?
Shut Up! Let your GAME do the talking!
I also have a PLDT subscription for DSL and just the same stories as other guys here, putol-putol ang connection and at times hinay pa gyud. I ask a friend who formerly works for an ISP which I wouldn't name here. He said most of the ISP's here like PLDT have "now limited IP's in their pool" due to over subscription and they did not expand the available IP addresses. What they do so that others could get a slot and make a connection is that from time to time, "the ISP intentionally kicks out some of the users" who had been logged in for quite some time to get others onto the line. Mao na nga putol putol gyud kuno ang service.
The best remedy for this is to have the ISP increase their available IP's -in fact, kinahanglan nga mo sobra pa gani. But since IP nowadays is scarce, they can't do that quick and easily. I am not sure is this is the same scenario with PLDT but as he said, there is a greater likelihood if putol -putol ang connection.
Or there is another way how to compel this ISP's to improve their service. We better write a congressman or senator about this problem and maybe this can pass a legislation to finally force them to improve. One of these congressmen I think is Cong. Kintanar if I''m not wrong.
for me tanan man cguro na ISP naa problema about putol2x..
naka use nako Globe, PLDT, Bayantel and Smart Wifi.. naa jud putol2x, mag kamang ang speed and wala au ang costumer service..
now i'm not so sure of getting a DSL connection...
