    tanawa ragud ng IYANG ATTITUDE.. salig wala man sya GIDAWAT maghimo dayon sya og FALSE issue about sa COMPANY? angayan bani sya?dili pajud ka gets og mga statement..hahahayz... adto nalang sa COLON oh..BAROG2x did2..hahaha wala pay HR did2..automatic ka makahimo og JOB did2..hahaha bleeehhh..

    normal lang man na nga muagi ug training period before ma fully hired... para ma testingan pod sa companya kung angay ba gyud ka nila dawaton. ang uban gani, after training, naa pay 6 months probationary period before ma regular... maka pasar man sa training, pero bagsak sa probationary period = no hire gihapon. next time, do your best ug ipakita gyud sa imong potential employer na di sila magmahay if ever dawaton jud ka nila.

    the truth is, you were not qualified for the position that you were applying for..its a good thing gani nga despite that, they still gave you a chance to work for them in a different position that they feel is more suited for you (basing on their personal interview with you). But, it's unfortunate that after weeks of observation, maybe your performance was not exemplary or may you just did not meet their expectations, since you were a trainee, they have the right to let you go.

    BUT...in your defense, HR should have done it in a more professional way..instead of saying that the position you have applied for has no more vacancy, they should have told you direct to the point that the qualifications you have are more suited to "this" position, so we will put you here.
