Question for product photgraphy

yeah, I only have 2 light sources when I made this back in July I think. Pero I have a 3rd light now. problem ko lang is I can't find a table lamp with a big/wide reflector here in cebu. I saw one pero it cost around 1,000. Sobra naman. I bought a black piece/slab of glass from Kima Glass (downtown and I use it as my base if I want black color for the bottom part. Cool, because the pieces of jewelry reflect on the glass

This is what I used in most of my food pics (lutong bahay) and the jewelry my wife sell online. hehe simple yet very effective. The box is starting to break down because of use though. I'll eventually need to buy the real thing next year.

the higher the wattage the better and brighter

tanng tanung nalang sa mga suking tindahan kung meroon sila nyan... pero malamang meroon nyan sa mga hardware... ordinary lightbulb lang sya

^^ tama pala ako, electronic mini light. CFL pala exact name nito^^ ito din ginagamit ko dito sa amin, kaso yung U light, di spiral pero 20+w din kasi sa kwarto ito din ginagamit namin ni dlanyer77 nung una. meron pala daylight at warm variants. nakatesting din ako ng LED flashlight dati pero ang pangit ng output, bluish^^

yeah.. I'm a fan sa articles mo hehehehe... gotta try using flash with product shots. steady lights kasi gamit ko most of the time. I'm looking for foam core boards. Pero wala sa national bookstore. Or maybe meron sila but they call it something else. basta I checked all 3 branches of national bookstore and wala. I want to use the foam core as reflectors. At the moment, I only use a white cardboard paper as reflector glued to one of the cutout side of the box.

thanks for the tip for the tiles. I'll try those next time.

I gotta try those DIY stripbox too. I still have the box of my cdrking tripod nyehehe.

ask for a higher equivalent of wattage... sa ace hardware ako naka bili noon pero sa manila... Im sure meroon din sila dito...

kahit di naman spiral pops pwede...

yung quality ng lights yung importante...

kung mababa yung wattage may tendensy na underexpose yung mga ibang shots or madilim...
