up for this good thread...kon maka uli ko sa cebu for sure avail jud ko sa ila services....

just to elaborate sa post ni bro omad...

- reflexology mostly done sa feet....pressing the pressure points...kay ma release ang blockages and ma balance balik ang flow sa chi (energy)

- swedish massage...relaxing ni siya...morag equivalent sa pinoy hilot....uses oil to gently knead tired ...sored...stiff muscles....

- full body massage.. tingali ilang gi mean shiatsu ....hard massage ni...deep tissue...i-press jud ...medyo sakit pero grabe ang relief afterwards.....mostly dry massage man ni (not using oils etc)

na hala ...go get a massage....ma relieve/relax na mo...maka tabang pa jud mo! :mrgreen:
