Just called sky, mag-launching paman daw sila this week or month para sa info pero basically pareha ra sa naa sa website.. ila office is with sky cable ra gihapon a.s. fortuna street mandaue, # 3452278.
Pagbilin lang mo inyo contact nila para patawgan mo if full blast na ila sevice unya dala nasad survey kung asa nga lugar daghan mu subscribe, mao sad i-una nila iconnect ang service...

pilian kaayo oi.. magpataod ta ko pero wa daw kaabot ang linya dre sa amo.. mga 100meters lang ang gilay-on sa ila boundary.. di nlang gyud e extend..

i used it in manila for almost 3 years, never had problems, maybe called support 2-3x lang

am looking forward to them having their service here although id like to know plans for speeds higher than 384 kbps

i heard they offer 1.5mbps for 1999 in manila, but here in cebu they'll offer different packages na daw.. murag apilon na daw nila ang SkyCable sa package..

actually, mozcom uses the gateway of the sky group [same as bayantel i think] which in my experience is far superior to globe or pldt

banga lang ang ga dala sa retail marketing sa mozcom :P

i used zpdee for 3-4 years in manila and their service [customer] and speed reliability was superb, i think i only experienced downtime twice i think, plus naa discount 5% if you subscribe to sky cable hehe

from my experience and from feedback of others, it seems that cable internet has far less problems than dsl [manila]

even in the usa, when they manufacture new houses, the standard for broadband is cable, they say it is more dependable than dsl and cheaper to roll out(my sister works for a large real-estate company in Arizona and her husband is an architect) what they base that assumption on i didnt ask though

i would get cable internet over dsl any day just because of my excperience in manila

i play a lot of online games, most notably WOW, and i dont play as much in cebu coz i tried globe and currently use pldt, walay nada ang reliability, i dont play as much now

if anyone knows however if it has anything to do with cebu being isolated as an island from manila where the gateways are located, it would answer a lot of problems we encounter

Actually bro MOZCOM only used SKy Cable as their transport. ang SKy Cable cebu wla na cya data or any internet connection thats why they dont offer ZPDEE before.
