hi bro.. i just want to make suggestion i have a client man gud who's staying at alba uno at apas.. back ra ni cya sa skyrise sa IT park.. its a pension house but they have also a bed space good for 4 persons which is 3k per month exclusive of water and electricity ata yon... but im not sure f WIFI ba ang area.. i dont earn for this but ni-suggest lang ko kay nice man gud ang place and clean pa jud cya... try nya lang ug inquire didto bro..
