Wow I hope that we could determine our value as no 1 and increase salary.


Unfortunately if our salary is third world then we would remain third world.

If you worry about call center investors pulling out because of high salary? Then its also good because we dont have to work in call centers to earn high salary. They have to look for other alternatives like China for their Chinglish, Singapore for their Singlish or India.

Outsource job like call center is just an alternative job we should be thankful na naa na cya.. We can ask more if our country is competitive enough to provide us better job inlined sa atong profession..

It doesn't matter if we do have low salary sa call center anyway wla mana gamit sa economy.. it does not boost our GPD.. alternative ra jud na cya nga work..

Anyway we should be thankful that we are number, nagpamatood ra jud ni na kabaw ang Visayas mo english compare sa Taga Luzon labi na ang mga Tagalog..

actually bai. if unhappy ka sa imong salary karon. pwedi man ka mubalhin.naa paman siguro daghan industry karon nga dagko salary. siguro basin diay kanang imong salary karon mao nay deserving nimo karon or kung if you think nga dili ka deserving sa imong sweldo. then might as well transfer to a better compensated job or better yet go abroad.

and dili ko concerned sa call centers only. concerned lang ko sa mga tawo nga walay trabaho. kahibaw na baya ta sa kalisud sa panahon karon. good news lang ni kay it means more jobs for our people. gagmay man tinuod pero at least naa diba? malipay nalang pud ko para sa katong mga naay trabaho kay it would mean food on their table. plus when they gain more experience and more skills modako nana ilang compensation for sure as long as dili lang magtinapulan.

how i wish pud unta nga naa nay peace sa mindanao kay i know nga naa daghan talents didto. maayo untag daghan pud mo invest didto aron daghan pud naa trabaho... bisan sa davao lang or better yet sa CDO pud...

Try ask yourself if you deserve better renumeration... If it is why not go abroad or transfer to a multinational company.. basig kana rasad moy ma afford nimo..
