Was it saying pud nga it is not allowed or it is illegal?

IMHO, if ang company ang niGasto para ana nga training or seminars, then it is logical for a bond.

Usa pa, naa ramn pud na nimo if moSugot ba ka or dili. So at your own risk ra japon.

practically speaking, if i were in that scenario i would certainly move to that company which i think mostly of the employees will most likely do as well.... but with training bonds.. employees are "forced" to stay and work with the company that they no longer are happy with...
you were not forced to sign too, you know...

a contract becomes legal and binding once you sign it. even if this issue reaches the courts, you won't win because of the mere fact that you understood the details and contents of the contract and you willfully signed it.

bottomline, don't sign anything if you won't honor your end of the agreement. period.

if that would be the case, it still wont make any sense at all just like what i mentioned below. if the reason for putting up training bonds is because the company is spending for you training and all sort of stuff, how would they earn from an employee who no longer is performing and giving the company profit because he/she is not happy anymore? and when that happens, does that imply that the company CAN FORCE an employee to work and be productive despite having the condition wherein the employee is no longer cooperative or even HAPPY with it? doesn't it sound like slavery?

in most cases bai, you will be fired PLUS you will pay the training bond. read the fine print carefully.

yea i agree.. but if you happen to be in the situation where you the chance to land a better job offer which could also give you a better future.... practically, would you not opt to take that choice?

that is what makes these training bonds pretty bias logically, they WILL terminate the employee then they LET that employee PAY the bond..
