official VISAs are issued by the immigration department of governments. no employment agency can issue nor cancel these visas.

sa iyang passport visa-->July, 2009 sa (period covered), tinuod nah nga mo abot pa daw na up to 2-5

months...

bro, if you take a look at the visa, there is an annotation there saying "VALID ___ DAYS PRIOR TO PETITION START DATE"..look at the NOTICE of APPROVAL or work contract kung kanus-a ang effective date..example, if the contract date will start on Nov. 1, 2009, and the annotation from the visa is 10 days prior to petition start date which is Nov. 1, 2009..the OFW can fly on oct. 22 onwards..

remember nipirma to cya before hand nya gipadala sa iya employer....and sory pud ky ang ako

anyway bro, dili na ma-cancel ang visa because it is already approved..so from 13/07/2009 to 13/07/2011, you have multiple entry to canada..yet, if wala paka employer, wala kay work ngadto..

mao na lisud ana, kay 4 months ago nag start ang effectiveness sa visa..sayang ang panahon gud..nag sweldo na unta cya..tsk tsk tsk why not ask directly the employer bro to enlightened you.

Nag wait na lang mi right tyming pra maningil nila, ky lisod man pud ang agency gud og imo harass

harasson mo samot dli na qah tagdon...thats why i opened it up here in the thread pra mka gain pud mi

og info's from nka experience na ani, Like a friend of mine who has agency for the middle east says that

its gonna take 2-6 months, but ang lisod nobody can share that can attest to this, other "of course that

his my friend/and owner", may unta naay mo butho nga naa na pud working visa or better yet same

experience...share pud dha mga istoryans
