Being a Catholic I don't understand the stand of President GMA. Ang burial sa Head Pastor sa Iglesia gihimo ug holiday. Ang start and end sa Ramadan gihimo ug holiday. Ang b-day ni Mama Mary wala gi-holiday. What gives madame president. NAMULITIKA

theres only one thing i can say. kugihan atong presidente. kugihan maghimo ug holiday.

this is definitely counter productive to the nation. if i may say so, i think were the country who enjoys a lot of holidays as according also to one of my foreign bosses.

aside from the holiday premium we would get. nakalimot siguro si Gloria nga there's a separation between religion and the state. and obviously pamulitika kaau.

As usual, as per your statement, it's mainly religion, and less of politics, that divides the people.

uhm... not really. i can only vouch for my school though. religion doesn't really divide the people unless the people are the ones willing to be divided. anyway, mura layu naman ta sa topic. i didn't mention about being divided and all that. hehe who would want that right? i hope so.

what if muabot ang higayon nga muabot na ug 100 ang presidente sa pilipinas i-holiday ilang namatyan, this is kinda exaggerated but bear with me guys this is just an example. 365 days in a year -100 that's =265 (leap year =266), some of the companies walay work saturdays & sundays. 52 saturdays +52 sundays =104 So 265-104 =161 days nlang (correct me if i'm wrong) minus-an pa gyud sa special holidays and legal holidays, so pila nlang kaha ang mahabilin nga working days sa mga pilipino? tan aw ninyo naa pay moinvest dinhi sa pilipinas, heheh!^^
