    i agree...

    i lost 5lbs last week...a modified south beach diet, and walking/jogging/sprinting for 1 hour per day for 5 days....at least that's 1 new year's resolution that i've been able to accomplish, after all that eating during the holidays.....

    sa Abellana sports complex and everysunday morning mag roadrun ni sila together with my former running mate nga Lalaki..ang nag lead ana akong coach sa Swimming na Triathlete just PM mi kong interested ka hatag lang contact number nimo para akong ihatag sa akong coach..or dretcho nalang didto then pangitaa asa nang mga cool girls or duola lang ang A2Z runners club pangotana mao na akong running club og naami pabor sa City Central School building mag pundok...weekdays nga sched sa Cool girls around 6pm

    i have been a regular sa abellanna for the past three years. aw, WAS diay coz i haven't graced the tracks for two months now. i always ran with that group when i get a lag of a week in between my jogs, otherwise i hit it on my own or run with the other group. ngek, i might even recognize u if i see u diay

    i'll let u know when i can free my sked around that time so i can hang around the group. ikog man pud if i just butt in

    taga western watz ka?? hehehe!! imposible dili ka kailanako basta mag kita ta..usa sabko sa nawala sa abellan 3 yrs ago kai ni practice manko mixed martial arts then na bz pud sa work.. 2 months ago rako nag balik practice Hilly run ngadto sa RCPI from our house near mountain view..wla pakaayo ko mo pakita sa abellana coz almost every regular runner recognize me og naka notice pud sila na ni hinay ko..hehehe!! I gained 5kg pag undang nako..pero karon ni payat nasab ko balik...

    ay, indi po.... meaning, la pa jud diay ta nag-abot ciguro sa oval

    i jogged last saturday. nabaghu-an jud ko. i would have pushed for 10 rounds but only did 7, basin makalitan ako system. did 5Ks before, don't know if mabalik pa ba kaha tu

    the good thing i like about jogging is the absence of the "rebound" weight gain other people get when they stop exercising. i went to as long as 3 months of indolence but didn't gain a pound despite my rather voracious appetite. i don't have any dietary restrictions man gud. m into the "see-food" diet: eat whenever i see food

    Not necessarily lessen your food intake. You choose the food you eat. Less fatty foods.
