Agree ko ninyo tanan ....
But we all have to agree on one thing - "its all based on the Job Roles you applied"!!
there are some roles that you'll just have to accept nga kinahanglan gyud ug diploma/degree, dili na nimo ma lalis, naa pud dili na kinahanglan :
Professional Jobs - Like sa ako na example b4, you can't become a Lawyer if you can't pass the bar exam. Or you cant be a Doctor, if you failed medicine. Bisan unsa pa nimo ka bangi-itan manubag/maminsar/mamulatik, kung wa ka kapasar sa board di gyud ka ma abugago, este abugado.
Skill based/Talent based Jobs - Like Arnel Pineda, Manny Pacquiao, Kris Aquino. Bisan nag PhD paka diha, or nag double masters degree pa ka, basta di ka kabalo mokanta, di gyud ka mahimo singer. O bisan naa pa kay BS FineArts degree, basta dili pa gyud ka kabalo mo drawing, wa ray purpose ang pag eskwela nimo.
Also to add - Bear in mind that the purpose of why we go to college, is not get a diploma. But we are primarily there to LEARN, equip ourselves with the skills needed for the profession. If you got your diploma by breezing through college and not learning anything (like sige lang ka pangopya), wa gihapon kapuslanan imong pag eskwela. Your diploma is a certification of your skills learned from school.
most of the time diploma and degree counts. even grades. imagine in applying for a job you are all fighting for a 1 position and there are 200 of you. if you have bad grades or worst an undergrad you'll surely be on the last of the list. if there are retrenchment programs too chances are those who are not "so qualified" will go first.
can you imagine being operated by an undergrad medical student? mosalig kaha ka? hehehe.
so if i were you don't take your studies for granted.

dli ko tuo bro... nko kauban HS grad na supervisor pamn gani
basin call center bro. i heard even HS grad puede sa call center as long as english speaking pero other companies especially multinationals ngita gyud ug diploma. mao pod na ako reason before, pero i realized lisud gyud tuod ngita ug work kung undergrad ka so i made it a point to finish my degree.
very well said kolz. Its all based on d jobs we applied nga nman..
Pero..
Mas advantage ang naay dploma..HEHE

unsaon man ninyo ang diploma? nga call center raman gihapoin inyong applyan maypag di nalang mo mang skwela
