An even higher statistic than that, can't read, write, spell or didn't finish high school.

you're saying it with pride as if you're actually working in the "Field" that you graduated from. Please, no one is better than the other. Sa skills and experience ra gihapon na dag.on. But I think it's just a mere facade on the call center's part para "humot" sila tan.awon sa mga clients.
This issue only applies in United States but not here in the Philippines. Mao nay nakapait. You must finish your college degree in order to get hire easily here.

True they dont have a college degree but there are skill trades institutions down here that would train a high school grad to work in the blue collar field. These trades are introduced to them while they are still in high school, like carpentry and automotives. Also some companies will provide apprenticeship or internship so that you can be qualified and get the right training for the job. And these are not college degrees, these are like certification.

Mao gani...dili sa gi.ubos nako atong nasud hap pro kita nuon nga 3rd world, kita ra mismo nagpataas sa atong standards nga maglisud na nuon ang "kadaghanan". It's very limiting and utterly "retrogressive"

The funny thing is, kusog ayo sila ngita2x og college degree and then wala raba silay "jobs" nga ikahatag for the respective fields nga gipang.graduate.an sa mga nang.eskwela intawn. When you require something, dapat naa kay ikahatag pud in return. Otherwise, useless inyong standard. Ang ending, manlarga nalang nuon atong mga graduates. Sus, lisud ra ba sa abroad, layo sa pamilya, yaga2x.an ra ka sa mga foreigner nga mga walay batasan. tsk tsk..paet jud

I can sense hatred and anger... But thats how its works. You have to make sacrifices to move on. Life is not a luxury. And not all foreigners are like that. I was the only filipino at my class in my college days and at my work and everyone treats me ok. So far, noone has not disrespected me.

Yeah, lagi, when you're in Pinas, do as the Pinoys do. yeah no one has disrespected you "openly"...face value ra na sila mga bro. if you can give them what they want, you're cool sa ilaha. but once wala na kay ikahatag nila, diha na magsugod ang mga backstabbing..anyways, OT na ta ani.

Ako lang ba, some people have more skills than others. A piece of paper ain't gonna change that. And wow, sa gawas diay ka nag.college bro? tsk tsk hayahaya oy..student Loan? Pell Grant? or unsa man?
